  Jack*Bot. I have one for exactly this purpose, for a casual game to mess around with no pressure. The cool sax music really sets the mood. Set its slope low; floaty works perfectly fine for this game.

  I was skipping through Joel playing the Pro (TPN) and getting to Foo Bot with rubbers on the outlanes and Rayday said the game is supposed to be PRO both sides Rubbers and Premium right side. I was almost positive Jack said it's supposed to be no rubbers default like Deadpool. Anyone hear this before?

  Stern TMNT Premium is an exception - it takes 8, and two normally reside in the van instead of the trough. (There was one funny case on here where someone had a pro that was mislabeled with the premium sticker to install 8.) Another somewhat unusual case is Jack-Bot - it takes 4, although there is never any time that multiball goes to more than 3.

  I never thought Casino Run was really difficult enough to warrant a cheat. I wouldn't mind a Megavisor cheat though, just to play it after a too-long drought of not being able to get it. Megavisor cheat is the dirty pool. Don't shoot for that last jack-bot until you have a ball trapped up ready to fire just as the visor starts to close. Megavisor is way too hard otherwise!

  I'm a bit weird - I got into it entirely from computer pinball games at first. Starting with this one: https://youtu.be/oZHNrp70Uz0?t=144 Then the Pinball Construction Set that everybody knows, then Pinball Fantasies and Epic Pinball, then the Pro Pinball series. The first real machine I ever knew was a High Speed at the local Chuck-e-Cheese around the late 80's. I only started to seriously learn and play real machines in the mid 90's, starting with AFM and Jack-bot.

  This playfield back board decal continues to be a mystery. I've checked with the few people that I thought might have been involved and I haven't had any luck finding it. I imagine it was a one-off, but I'd love to find who did it so I could possibly purchase the art file from them. Jack*Bot really needs this decal! Anybody have any ideas who might have done this?   I measured my folded Jack*Bot at 29.5 inches, should be the same as WCS 94. If necessary, it's possible to unbolt the backbox and slide it farther down the coin door to shorten the height by another inch or two.

  Anyone moved a modern Stern pin in a 2022 Kia Telluride? I've seen postings of earlier models working but I'm always nervous they've made changes to the hatch since then. Thanks! @pinhigh1 You delivered my Jack*Bot in a Telluride - what model year was it? At any rate, that Telluride looked like it had plenty of space to spare.

  Jack•Bot might be the best value around 4k. Casino Run is the biggest thrill you'll find in that price range. And most seem to be in pretty good condition - it wasn't popular enough to stay on location very long.

  Jackbot is an endlessly entertaining game. Even with it's basic rules it never gets old for me. This one seems in decent shape, someone should grab this quick. I love Jack-bot too and I'd grab it if he were closer, but he's all the way at the very western edge of PA. Really stretching the "northeast" thread as far as it will go...

  I have a WPC95 Jack*bot and I'm looking for a dump of S2/U2. I believe this rom is different for the WPC95 boardset, as when I burn the ones off IPDB, I get a soundboard interface error and complete silence. And no, I don't have the original it came with. If I put a gofers or a scared stiff U2/S2 rom in it, the AV board boots fine but obviously bongs due to incorrect other roms. If someone has one they can dump, it would really help me out!! Added: Nevermind - I found one.

  I picked up a Jack-Bot recently. I like games with risk/reward and the gambling theme is up my alley. May be worth a look as they're not terribly expensive at the moment. Not too many made though.

  Yes, the revisions I posted are hard-coded in the OS (at least in the game I looked at). Wouldn't stop someone from changing an X to a G for ghosting, which isn't technically correct. I've done some changed in WPC95, and was able to add whatever "letter" I wanted to to the version string. Jack*Bot is also WPC95. I admit, while I've messed a little with WPC89 (TZ), I never tried changing the letter there.

  For a game with a center post (if you're lucky), #jack-bot can be humiliating. The outlanes are bad enough, but the visor, ramp, game saucer, and locks all send your ball down the middle in different ways.
